I purchased this camera because I wanted a small camera to take with me on rainy days or when I did not want to carry around my Pentax P3 or my Nikon FG-20 and various lens. I was skeptical about how well this camera would meet my diserning eye, but I thought for the price, and that it had been refurbished, it was worth a try. My husband and I went to Harper's Ferry for our honeymoon and spent 2 days taking pictures by the two rivers and of the church. Because of the heat, I opted to leave my good cameras behind and just take this little Olympus, knowing this would be a once in a life time opportunity and that camera needed to do well! When we got the prints back, and it really makes a difference where you get your photos developed!, the quality and clarity of the photos were excellent. I really do enjoy having a small camera so I able to relax and enjoy the hike and also trust that my photos will be clear and sharp. I am pleased with the one that I have purchased.

The Olympus Accura Viewzoom 90 QD uses a real-image viewfinder, with an in-focus indicator, so you'll always know exactly how your picture is framed. The increased magnification of up to 2x gives you a larger and brighter area to frame and view your subject. An indicator is visible inside the viewfinder allowing you to confirm camera operations such as focus accuracy, flash readiness, and shutter release. For added convenience, both the viewfinder and the indicator are illuminated, letting you see clearly whether it's night or day, while the dioptic correction feature lets you adjust the viewfinder focus to suit your individual eye requirements. The 38-90mm, 2.4x zoom lens makes getting the shot you want even easier. You can zoom in for close-ups and back out for large group scenes. A versatile, built-in flash lets you select from several preprogrammed modes, including: auto, red-eye reduction, off, fill-in, night scene, and red-eye reducing night scene. This ensures that your picture will always be correctly exposed, no matter the lighting conditions.
